Why SITU exists
We Ideate, Build, and Host Initiatives for Transformative Change
Complex challenges rarely persist because nobody cares. They persist because the organisations, resources and decisions that shape them do not yet move together. A promising pilot may not fit a public budget. A coalition may lack a neutral home. A growing initiative may need financial controls before it can receive appropriate funding for scale. A market may need credible standards and shared evidence before investors can participate.
These are infrastructure problems. They are often invisible, but they determine whether impact remains a series of projects or becomes part of how a system works.
Our Role
We Exist to Spark and Grow Future-Fit Initiatives
SITU works as a practical backbone. Depending on an initiative’s needs, we can help convene partners, host funds, strengthen governance, build operations, structure learning, mobilise resources and prepare an initiative for greater independence or institutional adoption. We do this with initiative leaders, not in their place.
